You know David Hasselhoff from the hit 80's TV shows "Baywatch" and "Knight Rider." In fact, today he is one of the most recognizable faces around the world.'The Hoff' talked to WGN Monday morning from Los Angeles to discuss his continuing popularity and his growing work in Germany and the UK.In the last few years, the La Grange native has done several online campaigns. His most recent work comes as the new spokesperson for 'Lean Pockets.' In the commercial, Hasselhoff plays “Mr. Lean," a German-accented man who tries to persuade a young woman to make 'Lean Pockets' her meal of choice.The Nestle brand is hoping to revive their name and believe Hasselhoff can do just that.

Baywatch star cheers as talk show host walks on stageDavid Hasselhoff watched Chicago in London's West End last night.The actor, 56, saw Jerry Springer star as lawyer Billy Flynn - the part he played in the musical five years ago.'He cheered as Jerry appeared on stage,' says an onlooker. 'I think he was with his daughters.'He tried to keep a low profile, but a couple of fans spotted him in the intermission and asked for a picture.'He did oblige, although he said he'd been doing the same thing all day and was extremely hot.'The Baywatch hunk is in the UK to film a show for Living TV, which sees him learn to live like a country squire.
David, 56, and daughters Hayley, 16, and Taylor-Ann, 19, will take part in outdoor pursuits, such as polo and shooting.
It's thought the series will air in September.
