NOH8 Campaign with David Hasselhoff

On November 4, 2008 Proposition 8 passed in California, amending the state Constitution to ban same-sex marriage. The NOH8 Campaign is a photographic silent protest created by celebrity photographer Adam Bouska and partner Jeff Parshley in direct response to the passage of Proposition 8. Photos feature subjects with duct tape over their mouths, symbolizing their voices being silenced by Prop 8 and similar legislation around the world, with "NOH8" painted on one cheek in protest.Nearly two and a half years since its inception, the NOH8 Campaign has grown to over 13,000 faces and continues to grow at an exponential rate. The campaign began with portraits of everyday Californians from all walks of life and soon rose to include politicians, military personnel, newlyweds, law enforcement, artists, celebrities, and many more.David Hasselhoff is the newest celebrity to join the NOH8 campaign, appearing in these behind the scenes photos for Adam Bouska. Photos and PSA coming soon, according to Bouska.The NOH8 Campaign has received overwhelming support from around the world, and has appeared in various local and national news programs and publications. The images are widely used on various social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter to spread the message of equality. Eventually the images will be compiled for a large-scale media campaign.

California Mission Inn's 85th Anniversary Hosted by The Hoff

Saturday, April 30 is the 85th Anniversary of the California Mission Inn and they are celebrating with a 20's themed party. David Hasselhoff is set to host the event, bringing along KITT from Knight Rider. The event also boasts a car show, live band with dancers, barber shop quartet, delicious food stations with desert and a raffle.The event runs from 2pm - 6pm on Saturday, April 30 at the California Mission Inn in Rosemead, California.The California Mission Inn is located at:8417 Mission DriveRosemead, CA 91770

David Appears at Coachella Festival

David Hasselhoff loves the Coachella Festival, so he has made annual appearances at the event. This year he has brought his new girlfriend, Hayley Roberts to Indio, California for Coachella.The pair were set to enjoy a first night line-up including Cee Lo Green, Kings Of Leon, Marina And The Diamonds and The Chemical Brothers.The Hoff has been seeing the Welsh blonde for three months after meeting her in Cardiff Bay while filming Britain’s Got Talent auditions, and is now a regular visitor to Miss Roberts' home town of Glynneath in Swansea.The former Knight Rider legend said: "I'm big on romance. I wooed her, I was a gentleman."I went to see her in Wales. It's been really nice because I've got the chance to see a bit of the countryside, a bit of Wales and it's been a terrific time. Wales is nice."Hasselhoff joins Amanda Holden and fellow newbie Michael McIntyre on the panel for this year's Britain's Got Talent and admits that despite having starred on the American version of the show for four years, he has noticed a few differences between the two programs.He said, "They [the British audience] are so positive. It is actually more fun over here than in the States. Everyone seems to want at any moment just to break out into song."The first episode of the new season was on ITV1 Saturday night in the UK, where David made his judging debut.
